This document is intended to provide insight into how Lichtjes Keramiek handles your personal information when you place an order or contact us.
Personal data
Voor het plaatsen van een bestelling dient u de volgende informatie aan te leveren: voornaam, achternaam, bedrijfsnaam (optioneel), land, straat en huisnummer, plaats en postcode, telefoonnummer (optioneel) en e-mailadres. Bij afronding van de bestelling worden ook betalingsgegevens verwerkt via een beveiligde toegang zoals iDeal. Al deze informatie is nodig om de bestelling te kunnen verwerken, u op de hoogte te houden van de bestelling en verzending. Deze informatie is enkel inzichtelijk voor Lichtjes Keramiek en derde partijen indien noodzakelijk voor uitvoering van de bestelling, zoals bedrijven die in opdracht van Lichtjes Keramiek de verzending of betaling verzorgen. Bij afronding van de bestelling worden alleen uw persoonsgegevens bewaard in de vorm van een factuur om te kunnen voldoen aan de eisen van de Belastingdienst. De wettelijke bewaartijd is 7 jaar, hierna zal de factuur verwijderd worden uit de administratie. Overige persoonsgegevens die niet op de factuur staan worden na afronding van de bestelling per direct verwijderd.

The consequence of this is that the order you have placed cannot be fulfilled. Finally, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority about the way in which Lichtjes Keramiek handles your data.

Lichtjes Keramiek only uses functional cookies, these ensure that the website functions properly. So no use is made of so-called 'tracking' cookies from third parties.
