Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Orders are collected, packed and taken to the post office once a week. As soon as the order has been shipped, an email will be sent containing the Track & Trace code. Shipping times from the post office vary per country. To the Netherlands and Belgium it usually takes 1-2 working days, other countries within the EU 5-7 working days. Outside the EU it can take up to 4 weeks. So keep this in mind when ordering.

Shipping and packaging costs vary per country and will be indicated during checkout. I ship worldwide, but countries within the EU are indicated by default during checkout.

If you live outside the EU, please send an email to info@lichtjeskeramiek.nl and then I will add the destination country. Please note that there will be unforeseen costs such as customs costs that I as a seller have no influence on. It is the buyer's responsibility to investigate these additional costs.

Packaging:

All of our packaging materials consist of environmentally friendly and biodegradable materials as much as possible. Packaging materials received from suppliers are reused as much as possible. This recycled material can also be of a less sustainable origin.

Ceramic ware is fragile and is therefore well packed with additional packing material. In the unlikely event that something went wrong during shipment, please contact me via info@lichtjeskeramiek.nl. Please also include pictures of the packaging in the email so I can see what went wrong and can start an investigation with the post office. In concert we'll decide whether a suitable alternative is possible, or whether the purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be credited.

Right of return:

The creations are described as accurately as possible in meaning, dimensions and colors by means of text and photos. If you are not completely satisfied with the product received, please contact me within 14 days via info@lichtjeskeramiek.nl. After we've contacted you with additional information, you have 14 days to return the product and I will credit the purchase price including shipping costs. Note: The return costs are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.

When returning, always ensure that the product is properly packaged, if possible use the same packaging in which you received the product. If damage occurs to the product during the return, it is not possible to credit the purchase amount. 

Return exception:

It is not possible to return orders made to order as they are made especially for you. If you have any questions, please contact me at info@lichtjeskeramiek.nl.

Extra

If an incorrect address is entered when ordering, the potential extra costs are for the buyer.
